Who remembers that Jurassic 5 album "Quality Control?" Every time we see the blocking heads "Hey yo my quality control, captivates your party patrol. Your mind, body, and soul," floods to mind.

The Captuer Factory QC department makes certain your Custom Headwear arrives Retail ready. Our team works steam re-blocking heads all day to make sure that your custom headwear snaps back into perfect form after we finish sewing out your designs. Essentially the Re-Blocking prossess brings your headwear back to life... back to reality... Oh, remember that song!?! I loved that song... from Belly... Well, I digress.

If you have ever recieved a hat the seamed a little funky and lopsided... Most likely it wasn't finished on the blocks to work it back into shape.

Each shape in the line, be it a LoPro 5-Panel, Mid Height 7 Panel or Classic 6 Panel, has a specific corresponding blocking shape to make sure that each piece you receive is exactly the shape it was meant to be when you transfer it from the box to the shelf. At Captuer we are all about the details... and Re-Blocking is a BIG one.
