If you have ever recieved a hat the seamed a little funky and lopsided... Most likely it wasn't finished on the blocks to work it back into shape.
Each shape in the line, be it a LoPro 5-Panel, Mid Height 7 Panel or Classic 6 Panel, has a specific corresponding blocking shape to make sure that each piece you receive is exactly the shape it was meant to be when you transfer it from the box to the shelf.
