We want to inform you that as of today, Tuesday, October 1, the International Longshoremen's Association (ILA) has officially gone on strike, impacting all ocean ports along the East and Gulf Coasts.
This disruption may significantly affect our ability to meet scheduled ship dates, particularly for orders pending arrival into our Texas and Ohio distribution centers. Thankfully, our Oregon distribution center's inbound shipments, which come through West Coast ports, are expected to continue delivering on schedule at this time.
The length of the strike will determine the business challenges that may arise, but our team will be actively working to minimize any negative impacts. We will continue to monitor the strike closely and provide updates as needed.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this disruption together. If you have any immediate questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact your Captuer sales representative or our Customer Service team.
Thank you for your continued partnership and trust.
